Lempah nanas is a traditional Indonesian dish. It tastes hot and sour, and its sour flavour comes from capers and pineapple. Ginger and various spices make it a golden colour, and this colour also happens to be the symbol of wealth, happiness, and prosperity. The ingredients used in this recipe include native wild sugarcane flower spikes and nori, representing Indonesia's abundant land and sea resources. We are grateful to both Grandmasters for providing a platform for us to share this food tutorial. I hope this video can help more people learn about vegetables and Indonesian traditional culture and food. My deepest thanks to the Grandmasters for their kindness.
