Pandan Pancake

We would like to express our gratitude to both Grandmasters for providing us with this valuable platform to share our thoughts about food with everyone. These days, delicious food does not only satisfy our physical senses; it also enriches our mental and spiritual wellness. For example, serving a simple dessert, which may seem like a small gesture, can bring great joy to someone.

Pandan pancake, also known as Pandan Apam Balik, is a popular street food in Southeast Asia. Initially, we merely wanted to reminisce about the taste of this local food in one of our hometowns. Instead, we ended up fully making the pancake. It was such a delightful moment when we succeeded. It reminded us of our childhood. Nowadays, we can rely on our innate nature to prepare appetizing food. Let us enjoy every moment of our lives—a beautiful life rich in material living, conscious awareness, and spirituality. The three are one, as they are all interconnected.
