Grandmaster Wang has shared with us that it is important to nurture interests and hobbies. When we are feeling sad or depressed, we should find a way to instead focus on something else, such as art, something fun, or something that calms our minds, and make ourselves happy. We used to enjoy cooking when we were still in school. Even though we are not professionally trained chefs, we cook delicious food with heart and make people happy. Food not only supplies calories and appropriate nutrition to the body, but it also delivers happiness and joy to everyone. There is a saying about the law of attraction that the food we provide has the power to make other people happy when we ourselves prepare it with gratitude and joy and let our inherent divine nature be the master of our bodies. Thinking back on the food cooked with love by our own mothers, these memories bring back good and warm feelings of childhood and the flavours of home.
Wewould like to express our deepest gratitude to the Divine Mother for providing us with nutritious grains, cereals, vegetables, and fruits so that we humans on this planet can survive and live happy and fulfilling lives. Cooks cook with a joyful heart, and the people will be able to enjoy it the same way. We believe that if everyone lives their lives with a happy, joyful, and cheerful heart, the Pure Land on earth will appear eventually.
