Although I have always been interested in painting, I have never learned to draw, so I never thought I could share my work with anyone. My interest in painting started from an experience twenty years ago, when my career and overall life experience were at a low peak. Thanks to the grace of Heaven, at that time, the Maitreya Centre happened to need drama directors and tutors. I took the opportunity to join the team and learn new things.
Before each performance, the team would pray together. During the prayer, I suddenly burst into tears for unknown reasons. An image of what would become the painting "Red Sun" appeared in my inner mind. This vision brought me warmth, peace, and tranquility, as if all the pressure were gone. After the prayer, something changed within me. I had a new outlook on things. I realized the pressure and worries caused by life, work, and the economy that had been suppressed in my heart were released. After that session, I immediately went to buy painting supplies and then went home to paint that beautiful scene of the “Red Sun” from my mind. So from then on, I started to become more calm and paint whenever I had free time.
I am really grateful because this website has given me the chance to remember this precious experience. I have gained a deeper understanding that, no matter what the situation, God is always with us. The "Red Sun" painting is like the song "Your Light is in My Heart", where the great love and light of the Divine Mother directly pierce through the pain and troubles of the heart. The power of the infinite light of God has changed me, and I am so grateful. I will continue to work hard and hold tight to the strength given by God, and through painting, I hope to bring peace and happiness to everyone.
